To request a refund for an Apple App Store purchase, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly. Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but doesn't automatically refund current subscription periods.
